Heather Jansch makes beautiful, life-sized sculptures of horses using driftwood.

I’ve always loved the worn quality of driftwood and it’s one of those things in the beach that I pick up to keep but then don’t know what to do with.  I came across these sculptures a few years ago and I’m very happy to see she’s still working on them.  Certainly something I’d like to pick up at some point in the future.
