Lisa Black does some fairly awesome things with dead animals.  Honestly, I wish I’d thought of this first and had the necessary skills to do it to this effect.

I’ve been tinkering with a steam-punk story for a while now, and titbits like this really get the creative juices flowing.  I think I’ll have another crack at it in the next few weeks and see if it fits in with the rest of the collection.
